許多人聽到「台灣國際馬術交流協會 (TEAII)」，或許以為這只是一個官方名稱。但其實，TEAII 的背後從來不是單打獨鬥，而是一群「一直想把事情做好」的熱血夥伴！

在我們的大家長— 鍾彥暉 理事長的帶領下，
團隊始終保持著前進的動力。這個團隊裡每個人都扮演著不可或缺的角色：有人掌舵整體發展方向，與拓展國際連結。有人長期默默投入賽事籌備、專業訓練、繁雜的行政事務。更有人專注於活動的完美執行，與對外合作洽談。

簡單的說：「我們有人負責把世界帶進台灣，也有人負責把台灣帶出去。」每一次邀請頂尖外籍教練來台指導、籌備深度的跨國交流、安排扎實的青年培訓、整理豐富的活動內容……這一切都不是憑空出現，而是團隊成員們日以繼夜，一點一滴用心血堆砌出來的成果。

你現在看見的 TEAII 邁出的每一步，都是由許多人共同撐起的重量。我們不只是說說而已，我們是一群真的一直在做事的人。

理事長的話
Chairman’s Remarks

台灣國際馬術交流協會成立的初衷，是為台灣馬術建立一條更穩定、更長遠的路。馬術在台灣仍屬相對小眾的運動，但它包含運動訓練、馬匹照護、安全觀念、禮儀教育、人馬合作與國際賽事制度，值得被更多人理解。協會希望把國際資源帶進台灣，也讓台灣選手有機會走向國際場域；讓選手、教練與裁判透過制度性的交流，持續與國際環境保持連結。
The Taiwan Equestrian Association for International Interaction was founded with the purpose of creating a more stable and long-term path for equestrian sport in Taiwan. Although equestrian sport remains a relatively niche discipline in Taiwan, it encompasses athletic training, horse care, safety awareness, etiquette education, horse-and-rider partnership, and international competition systems. These are all areas that deserve to be better understood by the wider public. The Association hopes to bring international resources to Taiwan, create more opportunities for Taiwanese riders to enter the international arena, and help riders, coaches, and judges stay connected with the global equestrian community through structured exchange.

馬術推廣也不能只停留在選手與專業場域，我們希望為一般民眾、親子家庭與孩子設計能夠走進馬場的入口，讓第一次接觸馬的人，學會安全靠近、觀察馬匹情緒，並理解尊重生命的基本態度。未來，協會將持續以國際交流、青年培育、文化推廣與馬匹福祉為核心，讓台灣馬術被更多人看見，也讓更多年輕選手在台灣就能接觸接近國際標準的學習環境。
Equestrian promotion should not remain limited to riders and professional settings. We hope to create accessible entry points for the general public, families, and children to step into the stable environment. Through these first encounters with horses, people can learn how to approach them safely, observe their emotions, and understand the basic attitude of respecting life.

Looking ahead, the Association will continue to focus on international exchange, youth development, cultural promotion, and horse welfare, so that equestrian sport in Taiwan can be seen by more people, and more young riders can access a learning environment in Taiwan that is closer to international standards.

行政團隊負責台灣國際馬術交流協會的日常營運與專案執行，包含會員與合作單位聯繫、活動報名與行政流程、會議紀錄、公文與資料整理、國際交流事務協調、講座與賽會支援、媒體與網站資料更新，以及各項活動前後的執行追蹤。
The administrative team is responsible for the daily operations and project execution of the Taiwan Equestrian Association for International Interaction. Its work includes communication with members and partner organizations, event registration and administrative procedures, meeting records, official documents and data management, coordination of international exchange affairs, support for seminars and competitions, media and website updates, and follow-up tracking before and after each activity.

團隊的工作目標，是讓協會推動的國際馬術交流、青少年馬術培育、馬術文化推廣與活動計畫，能以清楚、有秩序、可追蹤的方式完成，並成為會員、選手、家長、合作單位與社會大眾之間穩定的聯繫窗口。
The team’s goal is to ensure that the Association’s initiatives in international equestrian exchange, youth equestrian development, equestrian culture promotion, and event planning are carried out in a clear, organized, and trackable manner. The team also serves as a stable point of contact among members, riders, parents, partner organizations, and the wider public.

青少年委員會，負責協助協會推動青少年馬術培育與青少年參與事務，包含青少年選手交流、活動志工與工作人員培訓、國際交流活動支援、青少年講座與學習計畫規劃，以及蒐集青少年選手、家長與年輕成員對協會活動的建議。

委員會的目標，是讓年輕世代不只參與比賽，也能理解馬術活動背後的組織、行政、國際禮儀、馬匹照護與團隊合作，逐步培養具備國際視野、責任感與實務經驗的台灣馬術青少年人才。
